I ordered this umbrella based on the description and illustration. It's clearly illustrated with a pulley to open it and the specifications clearly state "pulley open". It arrived without the pulley. The fabric is heavy and tight and I could only partially open it without the pulley. I arranged to return it after explaining this in detail to customer service. This is the umbrella I wanted so I carefully reread the specifications which stated "pulley open" and ordered it again. IT ARRIVED AGAIN WITHOUT THE PULLEY. It takes two people to fully open this umbrella without the pulley and one of them will need to be pretty stout. Returning it once was a PITA and twice is ridiculous. I would really like to tell them what they can do with it when it gets there.
