It could potentially save hundreds or even thousands of dollars in costly repairs. Very helpful when inspecting a used car before purchase. It works as it should. It's pretty simple to use. It helps to have two people so one can rev the engine while the other squeezes the pump. Otherwise it's more difficult and takes a little bit longer. You have to make sure you don't squeeze and suck up some coolant or you will mess up the test. Also it could seal a little better on the radiator cap. It feels like it could tip over but it hasn't. works great but tube/pump doesn't fit into some makes and/or models of some vehicles. sometimes you can make do but I am not sure how accurate of test results u get as the pump does pump some but not as it should. Other than that one negative factor not a bad product/tool to have at all!
