Technical Tips:
- To get dual display, each computer or laptop needs 2 video connections to correspondent IN A and IN B ports. Thus adapters or docking station will be needed in most cases. Please be aware of this before order and reach out to seller for adapter reference if needed.
- Some keyboards and mice with special features may not work well on the USB keyboard and mouse ports which are dedicated for hot-key, the workaround is to turn off the hot-key and use wired remote or front push button to switch between computers.
- Best practice is to turn off everything before installation, and power off the KVM switch after daily use.

Fantastic Product and Even Better Customer Support
I bought this product to make the monitor/keyboard/mouse/speaker/webcam switch between my home desktop and work laptop easier, and I couldn't be happier. When I first set up the switch, it wasn't working on both monitors with my desktop. I texted the WhatsApp number on the instructions and a very kind gentleman started a video chat to help me out. We ended up concluding that it was an issue with my graphics card (not being able to support dual HDMI connected monitors), so he recommended I buy a HDMI to DisplayPort adapter. The setup now works perfectly. I highly recommend this product and if you encounter any issues, I encourage you to contact the support number on WhatsApp.

Defective
This switch is defective; the manufacturing on this item is really poor, the switch keeps disconnecting the monitors at the slightest movement. No warranty.
