Bryant Countertop Pop-Op Receptacles are Spill Test Compliant. Built and listed to be water resistant to a half a gallon of liquid spilled on the device.

· To protect against spills, the receptacle assembly is sealed with patent pending silicone gaskets to repel liquids in both the down and up positions. It is UL Listed to 498 Section 146 to be water resistant to a half gallon of liquid spilled on the device.

· Hubbell's new countertop receptacle is designed to be used in commercial applications such as restaurants, education facilities and offices. There are many other applications around water and sinks such as commercial countertops, medical testing and prep areas, laboratory desks, nursing locations, school cafeterias and food prep areas. The pop-up countertop receptacle can be installed on almost any surface, to bring power where you need it.

Ul listed for counter top installation - Bryant counter top pop-up receptacles provide a power source ideal for kitchen and bath counters and islands. Bryant is the first to market a counter top receptacle that is UL listed. It allows compliance with 406. 5(E) [countertops], 406. 5(F) [work surfaces], and 406. 5(H) [seating areas]. pop-up receptacles are tested and water resistant to a half gallon spill. The receptacles feature bryant’s patent pending silicone gaskets and patented cam action tamper-resistant technology. The compact design minimizes space required on the counter top as well as underneath in the cabinet area.
