We have had nothing but problems with our IntelliFix-5750e. Every morning we have to unplug it for about 2 or 3 minutes then plug it back in - in order to recieve faxes. We get the PLS OPEN COVER message and when we do, there's not any jam. We had to send one back to recieve another one because we could not troubleshoot it. We only had the machine for 6 months and have had nothing but problems.
