pretty easy to use and clean. I have the keurig model before the 2.0. I got the k cups for half off so I bought 2. and I would buy again.

Works good with filters
Makes a great cup of coffee if you grind your own. We grind starbucks house blend in a bur mlll and I use 3 clicks finer than drip. Then for iced coffee I use expresso grind. You MUST use the Brew & Save paper filter with it for the best results. NO RESIDUE. Also make sure you put the K cup in with the word BACK to the back. If you don't and you force the lid closed you will poke a hole in the screen of the bottom of the cup. Fortunately if you do use the paper filters it will be ok. But don't make a habit or you could ruin your machine.
Major Savings in Coffee bill
I love these so much I now have 6 + Carafe sized one as well now... I no longer depend on buying the k-cup pods which are not cost efficient at all... I buy various whole beans, grind them and keep the cups filled so I can still have the convenience of drop -n-go of my Keurig :) I have a K500 2.0, and have no problems with the machine using them :)
Great for reusable paper coffee filters... Just learned that using the screen only allows oils to seep into your coffee which may raise your risk of heart disease. So its worth investing in this and some unbleached paper filters.
I like it because it fits nicely in my coffee maker
