I was excited to receive the item, but when I unboxed it, I discovered that the doll's hair was so uneven like if someone had chopped her hair. I expected it to look like the image displayed on the box. Additionally, the box was dirty, and the other items inside were not properly arranged as I didn't mind. I'm disappointed but other than that the frog, tiara and the wand were in good condition.
