This lotion really helped my split heels. I struggle with really dry skin on my feet, especially in the winter time. I like to go barefoot around the house even though I know that messes my feet up. This really helped my heels heal quickly. The aroma is amazing. The pepperminty smell is so refreshing and it never gets old! My favorite part is that this lotion doesn't have that 'glommy', sticky feeling that a lot of lotions have. I really don't like putting on lotion at all, and so this was very appreciated.

always have used to go Bond foot cream on my heels I don't have real rough ones but it does helping it also help on your elbow if you have an elbow you lean on more and it gets kind of crusty and then you can make some up for yourself too was shea butter and some peppermint oil and if you use the thicker shea butter you use a jojoba oil I just had the ratio for a 50 g that I'm going to mix my own up you can look at this measurements with Gemini
