[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought selecttech dumbbells and storage rack to strength train and preserve muscle while taking mounjaro for blood sugar control and weight loss. Been using weights for several weeks, and find them very easy to incorporate into my fitness goals.

Works great for every muscle group you want to hit if you got the exercises down for them, really easy to adjust the weight you want to lift and feel very secure which is something I was worried about when getting them but they are really sturdy. Get yourself a pair!

Highly recommend

Brilliant dial system for changing weight. Increases in 2.5 lb increments up to 25 lbs, unfortunately then 5 lb increments after that. That's a big jump at the higher weights, but I knew that when I bought it. The optional stand has a very poor design to retain the storage trays on the 552 model; a strap that interferes with wrapping your fingers around the dumbbell handle. Huge disappointment, expected much better from Bowflex. Will have to create my own tray retention design. 5 stars for the dumbbell review, 2 stars for the optional stand review.

Great dumbbells, poor stand

I workout with my dad several times a week on his Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE home gym. I needed something to help me change up my full body workouts for basketball so my dad got these for my birthday. I love how easy they were to set up and they are great for both upper and lower body workouts. I especially enjoy how low impact it can be depending on the workouts you are doing. Awesome product!

I wish I would have known about these sooner

I had a small space to set up a home gym, went with Bowflex 5.1 bench, Media stand and SelectTec 552. I added a Bowflex Velocor 22. Absolutely love the equipment.

Complete weight set for small spaces

I was getting tired of fighting with crowded gyms and decided to invest into my own equipment. The Bowflex 552 dumbbells was a great choice and it was like winning a #sweepstakes! #sweepstakes

A friend of mine had these and after trying them out I really wanted a set of my own. Working out at home with these is great. They don't take up much space and give plenty of flexibility in choosing resistance. A little bulky but it's a small issue you quickly get used to. Stand is definitely worth purchasing too. I also have the bowflex kettlebell and regularly use both the dumbbells and kettlebell. Very happy I purchased them.

Great product, very happy with my purchase

Order this as a gift for myself along with the rack after maintaining a 240lb weight loss for over a year. So glad I choose this as my gift to myself. It fits in my townhouse easily and has already elevated my workouts. First major fitness equipment purchase and I'm more then satisfied.

Great for small spaces

Great for strength training. Initially, they were stuck in their holders and tough to remove at 52.5 pounds but, over time, they broke in nicely. We also purchased the stand and couldn't be happier with the whole setup.

Dumbbells are exactly what I expected

Loved these weights when we first got them back in may. I ordered them in January and had to wait about 4 months to receive them, which was ok because all exercise equipment was in high demand. However, 3 months later the paint is chipping off of the weights. I'm assuming that because of the high demand the quality was reduced but I wouldn't expect this of an almost $400 product.
