I try to put a frame together, but the small ends just don't stay inside they keep falling out. I've tried to push harder inside the leg, but no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    • A. When assembling the frame, it may not stay together completely or may appear to be disfigured. Once the jump mat is assembled, it will hold the frame together and once the enclosure poles and middle bar is assembled, the trampoline will sit as its supposed to.

    • A. If you are talking about fitting the curved circle parts of the frame together, I ended up using a rubber mallet to hammer them together since I couldn't get them to fit together by hand.

    • A. My husband and I had this problem too. The metal is just a skeleton and wont stick together without two people assembling, while another secures the bungees. Once the bungees are on...and be sure to follow the directions when doing this (or they wont go on!)...the trampoline is very study and works great! Good luck to you! It only took us two hours! lol

    • A. Be sure you are putting the frame together so that each metal piece fits inside another and "clicks" when it "locks". When the trampoline is properly assembled, everything stays together. Hope this helps!

    • A. attach the mat by the instructions, skipping every 7 bands as you go around. After you get about 4 bands attached, they will hold the frame together. Mine kept falling apart during this process. Also, standing it up on end and rolling it as I began to attach the mat helped.

I'm wondering if this can be used and kept outdoors. Of course we would move it inside during the winter months, but generally speaking would it stay in working condition outside?

    • A. I think you could if you kept it out of the rain. The trampoline attaches to the frame with heavy bands of elastic, and repeated exposure to rain might mold them and they could possibly rot. I would put it under a covered area when not in use. It is small and VERY easy to move.

This trampoline was difficult and time consuming to assemble as the instructions were not very clear. The most challenging was attaching the bungee cords. It takes someone with a lot of strength to be able to pull the cord and wrap it securely. However, after an hour or so I finally was able to complete assembly and my 2 girls loved the trampoline. I have a 4yr old and 18 month old. The 4yr old loves to jump really high and the 18 month also enjoyed jumping and swinging on the bar.

My three year old daughter loves this (and so do I)! First of all, its inexpensive. Second of all, its relatively sturdy. Third of all, I get a break while she jumps her little heart out!!!!! If you have a hyper-active kid, you really need this product. The only problem is that it was quite difficult to put together. It has stretchy bands that attach the trampoline to the frame instead of springs, which is good because they are less dangerous. However, pulling these bands around the frame and attaching them was an incredible chore. I actually had blisters on the sides of my fingers when I was done!!! Now that we have it up though, it was worth it. I am a single mom with a kid with developmental issues and this tramploine has bought me precious free hours in which I have done laundry, made dinner, even read a little!! If this one ever breaks, I am going straight to the store to buy another! I recommend this product to any parent with a kid with extra energy. You'll be so glad you got it.

So this thing its an absolute pain to get set up. I would honestly recommend wearing some gloves while you try pitying it together. I also found the instructions to be misleading, and the pictures that you can follow seem like they were drawn. The ball with elastic cord idea they use is terrible, which is why I recommend gloves. You have to grab the ball with one hand and stretch the cord out and over the pole, then get it around the ball, which is fine the first few times, but once you get to the 30th time its can become difficult to be able to get the to stretch far enough, I gave myself Burns on my fingersb when I set it up. Now to the good part of the , my daughter loves this thing. She its a very active kid that likes to bounce so this thing is perfect and tough to near at $45. I haven't seen any problems with stability or anything, but I do think the spinner is a flawed idea without any real actual game behind it, but none the less my kid loves it.

I just picked this up yesterday from site to store, and I decided to put it together ahead of time so I wouldn't be up late Christmas eve. Alot of people said it took 2-3 adults to put it together, but I'm a 24 year old woman that put it together by myself (not that I'd advice that) because I'm sure it would have been alot easier on my hands if I had some help. The frame was kind of hard to get it pushed all the way into the legs, so I literally took it to my front porch and hit it on the concrete to help get it locked in and that worked like a charm and didn't do any damage b/c I used a rug to protect it. And when it comes to putting the bands on I would suggest to NOT follow the instructions and instead of doing ever other one all the way around to look at the mat as a clock and put the first band at 12 oclock, second one at 6 oclock, third at 3 oclock and fourth at 9 oclock, then just fill the rest in. Doing it this way made it alot simplier on me because I tried the instruction way first and after 1/4 of the way around I couldn't pull it any tighter, But by doing it my own way I was able to do it alone. Either way my children haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I can ensure they'll love it and give a break to jumping on the furniture and beds. Hope I helped.

I'm really satisfied with this trampoline. It doesn't use springs, instead it uses bungee cords, which can be difficult to install, but they're not a pinch hazard. I don't know if I'd call it 'jump & learn', seeing as most toddlers probably know their colors, but I tell my daughter to jump on a specific color and she does. The color spinner thing is simply another toy for her to play with, also, doesn't add any value, imo. It does have a weight limit of 60 lbs, which is fine, unless you have older kids who may want to jump on it also. At first I thought that was too low, but it makes sense. In order for it to be bouncy for little kids (>30 lbs), it needs to be a little on the loose side and not be able to support bigger kids. My daughter really likes it, too. She's not quite 2yrs old yet, maybe 25lbs, and jumps on this thing easily an hour a day. Jump was one of her first words, and she's played on our big 14' trampoline since she could barely walk, so it suites her perfectly.
