Bose SoundSport Wireless Sports Bluetooth Earbuds - Citron

My daughter brought me the sport wireless headphones for Christmas. I love them ! The sound are clear and crisp . They stay put in my ear even when I'm in a full intense workout. I also like the fact that the headphones tell you there are connected to the iPhone and how much battery life it has,amazing gift.

I've been using headphones for over a year. At the beginning I was satisfied but after a few months it changed. The first problem was the loosing clip - a very weak hook. The rubber cable entries have peeled off (I glued them myself). Recently I saw that rubber button covers are loose. Poor gripping in the ears. The headphones were a gift therefore I am looking forward to a total damage and purchase of something better quality.

The volume button casing has come loose and doesn't line up with the up/down/pause button anymore, the outside casing for the earbuds has come nearly completely off on the power/plug side, which means the plastic tab that you press to power on has been lost, so I have to use my fingernail push the on/off. Extremely disappointed.

I buy this headphones and it has a great sound but the material is horrible I think like 5 months and they start peeling off the plastic around the volume buttons and the power button is very hard to use it now , I don't use it to work just to walk. It's crazy , not recommend sorry but is true just a lost of money in this model .

I have gotten my Soundsport headphones as a gift a year ago. They were amazing at the beginning but after one year use sound quality dropped significantly. Everything sounds like muffled. I can nearly hear anything from left side and I have to raise the volume all the way up to hear something. My wired earpods are way stronger volume at the moment. Also rubber on the controller is pealing off.

After years of being a loyal Bose fan, these pricey headphones are a major disappointment. The sound is not as clear or loud as the Bose wired headphones - that was a trade off I was willing to understand due to the convenience of being wireless. A few weeks after the headphones arrived, the clip that attaches to your shirt fell off. Not much later, the volume button stopped working and the plastic cover of the volume button fell off. Most recently, the cover of the ear piece fell off, leaving the power button exposed. After spending so much money on what I expected to be headphones that would last, I had to resort to using a rubber band and small wire to reattach the plastic cover to the ear piece in order to be able to turn headphones on.

I have cared for the headphones and keep them in their carrying case when not in use. I take them out to use about 4 times a week for an hour at the gym and put them back in the case. I regret to say I would not recommend as I was once a loyal fan of Bose products.

I'm using it for about 1 year, after using it for 2 weeks volume up button started to pop up now both volume buttons and the answer button got out and I've noticed expansion in the rubber itself and the right speaker's rubber also coming out

I own and have owned many Bose products over the last 25 years. Sadly, this is the first Bose product I've owned that has earned a low rating from me simply due to sub standard durability. On the bright side, the sound quality was fantastic!!!! In fact in all categories, other than durability I had zero issues or complaints. If Bose can fix the durability issue this would be a top notch product and worthy of a 5 Star rating. The fact I can no longer use them earns a 1 Star rating.

Like so many low star reviews, the unit start falling apart that it is no longer waterproof or sometimes usable. I have got 2 replacements so far and some were within a short 7/8 months and some just over a year. Expecting this to work for longer is impossible in my experience with 3 pairs so far.

The photo attached show you the weakness. It is seriously a design mistake that should be mended in an upgrade. The choice of rubber material seems to be completely wrong.

I enjoyed these headphones for a while, but after less than a year it started falling apart and now they're all janky looking.

I took good care of these, I'm the type of person that takes meticulous care of my stuff. I keep them in the case when not in use and use them gently on my commute or at my desk at work... I think the glue they use isn't very good because within the last month or two of the first year of use this starting happening...First the Bose logo pieces fell out, then the rubber part around the charging/power button side started coming off. The rubber caps on the base of each earpiece fell and now slide around on the cord. And finally, as of this week the rubber piece on the volume up button popped out and I can't get it back in...Overall, pretty disappointed in the durability. Yes, they still work, but they look like junk.
