I don't usually write reviews for two reasons. One, like most people I'm busy, and two, I'm not easily impressed. I was raised that praise is given for exceeding expectations not meeting obligations. I'm hear to say the Bora PM 4000 not only exceeds my expectations it's a reminder that you don't have to sacrifice quality for price. A brand new 10" Makita Cordless Dual Bevel Miter saw is currently mounted to the quick release tool mount. Set up and take down are a breeze; out of the box my Makita was secure and mounted in under 10 mins.Instructions couldn't have been easier. You can tell the guys at Bora are true craftsman at heart and built a lightweight stand that's meant to be used and abused by professionals. The PM 4000 is by far the best stand for the money!

Sturdy well built and secure !
I found teh PM-400 Stand extremely well built and sturdy. I have a 10"compound sliding Dewalt Miter saw mounted and I feel secure in the support form the stand. there is no wobble at all - the legs lock securely in position while in the work position as well as storage. Storage folds down to a manageable size, I hang mine against the wall. Great item at a great price !
Super nice stand
Built well and very sturdy. The folding legs and wheels helps with making moving easy. The saw mounts to quick release guides for on and off use. Outriggers are nice and durable as well. Great build and nice finish
Very easy to assemble and set up to use. Stable, the right height for miter saw usage. I used for the first time today replacing porch support post on my daughters house. Stand extensions held treated 4X4's sufficiently for square cuts. Was extremely helpful cutting 16' cedar 1 X 8's into lengths for post surrounds. This would have been a frustrating and somewhat dangerous job using sawhorses and trying to support the length and weight of these materials and I am getting too old to be crawling around on my knees using my saw. . Really great stand. I should have bought this years ago.
I bought a Dewalt 12" miter saw based on advice from a lumber yard and it's big, at least for my uses. When I saw it, I changed my mind on another stand and bought the Bora. I never had anything like this before but the description sold me. Everything fit, everything is coated or painted, adapters were included (didn't need) and it is STURDY. Easy to assemble. Great
Great for working in a small shop or moving job sites.
Easy to set up and convenient for moving sites or small shops where floor space is at a premium. Strong enough for even the bigger jobs but light enough to carry up steps or even a ladder.
I would recommend this
Fit and finish is very good. Easy to assemble and seems very stable with my saw installed
So far so good
Just received it yesterday, assembled it and good. My OLDER Delta Compound Miter saw fits.... ok. The only securing bolts are the front 2. The back 2 are too narrow for any thing to mount to it. I will end up getting a 2" angle iron and span the 2 runners and notch them and then bolt it down. But I am happy so far.
I just received the stand.
The stand arrived in good shape. It went together well and seems to be very sturdy. So far, so good. Will update after a few uses.
Would buy again,But!!
I like the miter saw stand but it wouldn't mount seamlessly with my Delta 10 inch miter saw. Had to buy 1 1/4 by 1/8 inch steel bar and drill holes to bolt rear of saw to perpendicular braces. Nice and solid now.
