Instructions: . Directions For Use:. 1. Clean area with 80 grit sandpaper and if necessary a 3M? Paint and Rust stripper, removing any rust and all loose or cracked paint. Be sure area to be covered is clean and dry before applying the patch. 2. Cut patch to size with household scissors. Shape and contour patch to area. Do not remove backing until you have finished sizing and shaping patch. Body patch can be applied either inside or outside repair area. 3. Start along edge and carefully peel backing paper to expose the high strength adhesive film. Press patch firmly into place. 4. Use Bondo® Body Filler to complete the repair.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AN MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT
I bought 2 of these about a month ago and followed the directions for surface prep. The next day a came into my shop to continue the repair only to find both sheets had come loose. Very poor adhesive. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AN MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. I purchased a fiberglass repair kit to repair the hole, in sheet metal, to enable to complete the repair, and Bondo Glass to complete the job.
