Blue Diamond Ceramic Non-Stick Ultimate Value Cookware Set, Red

Arrived compact, well packaged. Very sturdy equipment I must say and first appearance was absolutely gorgeous that I didn’t want to use any of it. I accidentally dropped one of the lids while cooking and it didn’t crack or shatter. Truly non-stick as cleaning after cooking a meal was simply spraying a pan down in the sink as everything rolled off with ease. Dishwasher safe and oven safe, no discoloration in the equipment while cooking or cleaning. One of the best set of pots and pans we’ve owned in this household. This set is amazing!! You can be a expert cook to just beginning and have what you need. I really love that it’s non stick naturally. The flying pans last long and don’t get scratched easy!! What I really like is you can pick from blue, green or red!! No matter the color the brand is blue diamond is a durable, strong and reliable and my new family favorite! We got a 10 piece in the set and my 7 year old, herself loves the 5” egg pan!! I love it more she can cook and make breakfast in the morning before school! My whole family loves the set. If we had to change one thing it would be, make the spatula stronger... but when buying it more for pots and pan and they are really the best ones we have every got! Not only do these Blue Diamond pots and pans perform as they should, they are absolutely gorgeous! From the sparkles in the interior to the glistening handle the details are spectacular. Even the bottoms are designed with the Diamond pattern, and the glass lids also have the emblem on them. If I saw these on display I would buy them based on the look and feel alone!

But I am even more impressed with how they've performed, after 3 weeks of daily use I can honestly say NOTHING STICKS. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, burgers, everything slid right out of the skillet. I simmered chili and spaghetti sauce for hours on the stovetop with absolutely no ring around the top of the pot or scorch marks inside. The key is lower heat than you would normally use. I did burn the first piece of French toast I made because I turned the burner on to what I always use, but once I lowered the temperature- perfection, golden brown and evenly toasted(and the burnt piece didn't even stick!)

Even though these are dishwasher safe I don't see the need to take up space in the dishwasher when they easily are hand washed with little to no effort. I don't use cooking oils, maybe butter every now and then, and definitely no cooking sprays so I can see these lasting a very long time with proper use and care- lower heat, no cooking sprays or metal utensils, and hand washing. Pans and handles are sturdy and nice looking. I was having a hard time looking for a set that included a large pan and a lid. Thankfully this one did!

I received this cookware set and was very impressed by the quality of the set. They are a very beautiful green color and they shimmer! I was so excited to receive my Blue Diamond Ultimate Value Set of pots and pans! I'm so happy! I picked the red color, and was a bit worried it would be too bright, but it's a darker, rich red and matches some of my small appliances very well. Love that the handles and covers do not get hot while you're cooking. I didn't need to use a potholder!! Nothing was sticking to the surface of the pots and pans, and the clean up was supper-easy!!! This set is also nice and lightweight too! I'm a bit older, so this is very important for me. I'm so tired of using my old pots that are so heavy! This was a nice change! I got this set a week ago. I have cooked in all the pots and pans this week. It is truly non stick, I didn’t even have to use cooking spray when cooking eggs. The tools that it came with are nice as well, I like the size of the spatula and it is nice the tongs are coated in rubber. The only thing I didn’t like what’s when draining grease it got up under the lid a little bit, running warm water on it got it out though. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I have purchased the blue diamond skillet before, this is the same quality, same non stick pans. I truly love them. They wash up nicely. Nothing sticks, I made orange chicken, one of the most stickiest things around, and I was able to just use a wooden spoon to get the sauce out. Eggs just slide around like the commercials say. Even the spatula that was included is top notch. The only thing I noticed wrong, was the saucepan was pitted upon inspection, as shown with the attached pics. I would buy them again though. I purchased on Dec. 5th, 2018 and have scratches on the cooking surface on Feb 18th, 2019. I called the company and was told that they only honor a 60 day warranty. I cannot justify spending $97.00 every 70 days. I do not use metal utensils nor do I own a dishwasher. This is the company flaw.
