Great, but not so great
So, I bought this charger over the summer and it worked amazing. It charges my phone extremely fast and is the perfect size for on the go charging. Well, this morning, the battery pack was recharging and I needed to leave for school, so I unplugged it. When I did that the micro charging port fell into the charger. How am I suppose to recharge the battery pack without the charging port?? Is there anythng I can do to fix it? Because I cannot afford to buy a new charger and I need a portable charger.
Trash avoid at all cost.
Bought two a while back one for my gf and one for myself. Hers didn't even survive package opening the female USB A had broken solder joints not allowing it to discharge. Did a post mortem salvaged the Great Power (low grade) 2 Lithium-Ion 18650s with a said mah of 2800 math each and they don't even reach 2800 close to 2500 which means the unit hits 5000 mah in total.
It was broke within 8 hours.
The Micro USB input port on the charger was not able to withstand the pressure of having that part of the cable removed from the charger without the housing that facilitates the connection needed for charging coming loose and rattling around inside the charger until I was able to get it back to the hole and grab it with a needle nose. I wasn't able to use it for the sole purpose I stopped at Walmart to buy it for on my way out of town to attend the US Open golf tournament. The only thing it would be useful for now would be as a weight that could be connected to my phone if I wanted to drown my phone and make darn sure it didn't come back up.
Don't waste your money
No manual or instructions included. After fully charging the battery, it was dead after 2 hours of recharging my iPad (and the iPad was only 40% charged). Then battery would not recharge. Going back to Walmart - a real piece of junk!
Blackweb Battery 5200
Broke the second time (of course on a trip) it was used. Store would not take it back because the packaging was missing. Amazing since this junk was made for them
