Huge capacity. To the people that say there was no manual, the function of button on the side is to check the remaining capacity. The cord that comes included with the battery is to charge the device. If you do have a non Apple device, you can use that cord to charge your device. If you do have an apple device, you will need to use your own lightning cord. Alright. Now with that out of the way. This thing is awesome. Plenty of juice for days. I have tried charging this thing with a 2.0 amp Samsung quick charger, but it doesn't charge. I then tried a 1.9 amp block and it worked as intended. The specs on the back of the battery indicate 2.0 amps input, so I think you need to use a 2.0 amp or less block. I do not believe that it will regulate the input voltage. Just an FYI if you are having problems getting it to charge.

This power bank keeps all of my devices charged for a few days when I'm on the go. I used to carry 3 or 4 smaller ones, but now I just carry this in my backpack and it gets the job done. Use a 2.1 amp wall brick to charge it or it will take forever to fill back up once it's spent. It will charge two devices simultaneously without any problems too. Click the power button on the side once to check the remaining charge via the blue leds on the end with the USB ports. I have owned this for about 6 months and it still holds a charge really well.
Charges by my solar panel. 40w with 12v battery during the day . We have no electricity and I can watch tv at night on my phone and still have a full charge in the morning. Not using the 12v battery. For the price its a great deal for me. Shopped on line had it delivered with no problems Thanks
No instructions at all?! Ridiculous!
Well, since this product comes with ZERO instructions, it's a bit of a challenge to figure out how to operate this thing. I tried to charge it up via the included USB cable (which is a very short 1-foot) and my iPhone's charging plug, but it completely broke my charger after the plug got really hot during charging! So, the only way I could get it to charge up completely is by plugging it into my laptop's USB port. I was trying to avoid this, since I knew it would take forever to completely charge a battery of this capacity. I was right. It took a good 24 hours to charge up completely this way. Anyway, once it was fully charged, it worked like a charm. It charges your phone very quickly and has tons of juice. It can charge up to two devices simultaneously. It has four battery-life indicator LEDs, which light up when charging, and also when you press the tiny button on the side of the unit. Again, if this had come with some simple instructions, it would have been a much better experience to use, and I would still have a working iPhone charger! Even if it had come with a website to go to, to find the instructions, it would have been better than this! Trial and error is no way to earn customer satisfaction, Blackweb (a Walmart company). Fix this!
I bought this during thanksgiving 2017 deal at $15. The power bank holds the charge pretty well and so far I have done 4 recharge of my 3300mAh battery Android phone without charging the power bank. One complain though; there is a buzzing sound when I connect the phone to the power bank and it is not there few times but there most of the times. I am not sure if it is harmful or has any effects. Also the 4 blue LED indicators are not consistent to show the amount of charge in the power bank.
Keep the charger cord plugged into this unit!
This is the second charger exactly like this that I bought from Walmart and both have the exact same problem. I see everyone else's reviews and a lot of you all have the same problem with not being able to get the charger to charge the problem is the port into the charger if you plug in and unplug the charger cord too many times it warps the connect port inside the charger therefore making it impossible to charge. My suggestion is that if you have a charger cord that currently works keep it plugged into the charger because the more times unplug it and plug it back in, the faster those connectors are going to go bad. So Walmart does not currently sell this item anymore although I still see it on the website an employee at Walmart in the electronics department told me this whenI tried to return this item without the receipt but was unable to get a UPC code for it and therefore got stuck with a $25 charger and I'm looking for a way to fix it at the moment.
This was purchased on Black Friday as Christmas gift for myself. Opened it Christmas morning, and noticed it had a rattle inside it. I went ahead and charged it several hours until hitting the road late that afternoon. Like others said, NO INSTRUCTIONS included in the box. Worked fine during the road trip, arrived, plugged it in, charged it again, to 3 of 4 blue lights, used it to charge one android phone, and it was drained. Now, it won't charge at all. I plugged it in and NOTHING happens. No lights come on, nothing. I waited several hours, tried three different cords, but still nothing. I believe I have the receipt with me, and the local Wal-Mart says they have them in stock online, so I'll try to exchange it tomorrow. I've had a 10,000 mAh Blackweb portable charger before and I LOVED it! This one is a dud, though. If I CAN exchange it, and the new one works as it should, I'll give it more stars.
Blackweb is garbage
Stopped taking a charge about 4 months after purchase. The 1st LED just blinks while trying to charge. No way to open it to try and fix it or replace batteries. Huge Waste. Blackweb is owned by SouthernTelecom who don't support this I guess? Terrible. Will stay away from blackweb forever
