My experience so far
You can cook lots of food quickly. Make sure you have everything prepared ahead.
Ensure you follow the guidelines for seasoning the griddle. This pays off big time during cleaning.
Wish they had a hard cover for the 28. I expect the soft cover I bought to dry rot in a couple of years in the hot sun.
Learn the heat profile of your griddle. My griddle gets hotter on the left hand side with both burners set to the same level. Learn to use this to your advantage.
If you don't own a Blackstone griddle you are missing out. I got rid of my propane grill a couple weeks after using this product.
