I like this brand Bio-Kult probiotic supplement because the capsules are small and the directions say on the package that you can break them apart and sprinkle them on food or in drinks. I've not tried them that way myself. I just swallow them with my daily health smoothie I make. They are smaller sized capsules than the last brand I was using which is a big plus for me.
