I really like this workout video. Billy Blanks is very motivational and keeps you going. The others working out in this video are easy to watch and copy. Some of the moves are a little difficult and hard to follow but overall I think it's a good fitness vidoe that I will probably get alot of use out of. It's upbeat and by the end I worked up a good sweat. They use the 'Billy Bands' in the video but you can do the workouts without them.
