This a wordy post because I think you missed an opportunity to provide a great product which I THINK would have brought you some customers from the big L company. I originally bought 2 pair of these jeans 2-3 years ago. From the moment I tried them I knew they were different in a pleasing way. I am not a "clothes horse" nor brand advertiser by any means. I always remove the labels from all my clothes. And I slightly modified these jeans by just removing the hammer loop from the left side. I was so impressed by the fit, quality, and unexpected compliments from others leading to questions about where to buy them. I am not normally a jeans person; I had bought these just because they fit so well, were not too, had a nice pocket on right side with perfect fit for my cell phone (for size reference, it's an iPhone 6 in a case). I liked these jeans so well I work them everywhere--and they looked very nice all the time. When I couldn't find these anywhere I called and asked your customer service about the availability of these by the part number on the label (940RoQW). I was assured that there had been no changes except the number was now 94LSWDV or 94LQWDV. She said I could order and return if I didn't like them. I got the 2 pair of jeans promptly and immediately tried them on. I was disappointed in these ways: --Not a BIG deal, but the thread was blue vs the subtle orange on the first 2 pair. --They were very tight. Okay, I'll lose a little weight, work out more. --The bottom pocket was no longer big enough to accept my iPhone. However, if I remove the protective case I can insert the phone, which is what I do. I will not return them and am not asking for money back. I AM asking that your contracting folks find the contract specs for the 940RoQW model and get somebody to make those again without the hammer loop, although it can just be cut off by owner. I rated these as a do not recommend because of the changes in the product.
