I received the Better Homes and Gardens Chandler Tilt Mirror in Chrome to review. I was surprised, but pleased, to see how big it is. It is 19 inches wide by 26 inches tall. It comes out about 3 ½ inches from the wall. My husband installed it using the included template. His only complaint was there was no explanation about putting the mirror in the holders. He mounted both posts and tightened according to the instructions only to find out he could not insert the mirror. So, this definitely required a second person to hold the mirror while he loosened one of the posts and to hold the mirror while he tightened it back up. We hung the mirror over a linen cabinet we have next to the tub/shower. I like the ability to tilt the mirror as it will accommodate my 6-foot son as well as my 4 foot nephew. It is pretty and a beautiful addition to my main bathroom.

Beautiful addition to my bathroom
Heavy, But Not Too Heavy
This mirror is beautiful not only in the bathroom. Of course, the tilt is a luxurious but essential feature above the bathroom sink. Yet, I found it also convenient in the bedroom, at the doorway, and in the living room. Particularly in the living room area, I like the tilt because I can see the view in one way, and then tilt it, and look at the view differently. I can see far across the room when the mirror tilts upwards. Then, the picture view is closer and closer as the mirror is straight ahead or tilted downwards. For the bathroom, I can adjust the tilt to see how I look before going out from my feet to the top of my head. It is also nice to have this largish mirror in my bedroom for the effect of brightening up the room. When coming inside, I like having a mirror in the doorway hall to see how I look after working, running around outside, or prior to going out. The mirror's weight is super because it is very strong and heavy enough to not get hurt easily. It is sturdy, well-built, not too hefty, and the mirror glass is perfectly slick and shiny. The evenly beveled edges give the glass a likeable framed appearance so I look like a beautiful picture in the mirror. To attach to the wall, each side center has a silver piece to fit in the wall attachment bar. Studs were not set in the right locations in my wall so a store recommended me to try strong drywall anchors that each can hold 79 lbs. They screwed in easily and hold the weight of this mirror fine with very secure support. I love having this mirror because it has just the right size for me, my home, and for securing to the wall. Everything about it is very well made, durable, and long-lasting.
I was a little hesitant getting a tilt mirror but I'm glad I did because it is so unique. I can adjust to any angle I like, and the chrome hardware is easy to match with my other bathroom pieces. I also like the clean frameless look. Definitely recommend.
High quality mirror
The Better Homes And Garden Chandler Tilt Mirror is a high quality, well made mirror. It is big enough to replace the vanity mirror, or give you a second view. It has a fine chrome finish and beveled edges. The tilt is great for getting that better view for getting ready to go out, or receive friends at home. It is easily cleaned and is stain resistant. I would definitely recommend this mirror to anyone in the market for a great mirror.
BeautifulI just fell in love with this chandelier killed me by better homes and Gardens, it's absolutely lovely I love how it kills all the angles it's well-made it's terrible but not too heavy it was pretty easy to assemble I am just surprised they hadn't that one any sooner I absolutely love the style the quality everything about this mirror is lovely and gave it to thumbs up
Love this mirror
I love this mirror. I know it's for the bathroom but honestly I may but it in my office! It's huge as you can see! Great quality! As you can see it's clear and a nice mirror. I have colored out my children.
Better home and gardens tilt mirror was a big hit in my bathroom remodeling. It was fairly easy to install and seems to be very secure on the wall. The tilt offers an edge for angles and for easy adjustment
The mirror has a pretty style to it. The chrome brackets are a nice design and look really good. The mirror is beveled all the way around. Overall the mirror is nice. But the directions for installation need some work.
In the directions for installation comes a positioning template for the wall. Taping this up to the wall ensures the mirror mounts level and that the mounts are in the correct location. So you mark the wall where it tells you to, then drill your holes. It comes with drywall anchors which is easier to screw into than if you hit a stud. Even using the template, when I looked at my holes, they weren't completely vertical. One was just slightly off. So when the brackets are placed over the wall mount, it looks tilted. So make sure to level your vertical holes to ensure the brackets are straight.
The directions included are for a towel bar, not this mirror, so you have to figure out how to slide the mirror into the brackets on your own. Not difficult, but the directions should show the correct product.
When one bracket is on, you'll have to have someone hold the mirror in one bracket while you tighten the other. By using the template they provided, the brackets are slightly too far apart. One side of the mirror has a small gap between the mirror and the bracket and the other side has a larger gap. The brackets look slightly too far apart. The little plastic parts around the knobs that hold it in the brackets keeps the mirror from tilting on it's own. I can't slide the mirror over more to the other bracket because of these little plastic parts.
The mirror for the most part stays in place. There is a little movement from where you tilt it. But I've noticed over the past few days, the mirror is staying tilted where I put it better now. It is a good looking mirror.
Very nice mirror. A lot larger than I expected. The corners are sharp, so be careful. I also worry that the way it is mounted, the mirror may droop over time. But very clear and easy to hang. I received this product from the Spark Reviewer program.
Better Homes Chrome Mirror
I was so excited when this mirror came up on my Spark Reviewer. I love Better Homes and Gardens merchandise. I've gotten several items from them to go in my home. It's very stylish and made with good material. So I was so disappointed when my mirror got here. The box was not marked anywhere that it was fragile or contains glass. The box got a hole in the side which I am going to assume is what shattered the mirror. The only thing I could do was open the box from the top, take a photo, and throw it in the trash. I will not order anything else that is breakable from them because the packaging department doesn't know how to mark the boxes before going out.
