Do not use this product for more than 7 days unless directed by a dentist or doctor, if you are allergic to povidone-iodine or any other ingredients in this product, or if you have any thyroid conditions. When using this product do not get into eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with water. If irritation persists, consult a doctor. Do not swallow this product. Do not use this product with hydrogen peroxide. Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms do not improve in 7 days, or irritation, pain, or redness persists or worsens, or swelling, rash, or fever develops. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case more than used for gargling is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

This was a lifesaver. I had the worst sore throat of my life, the same weekend as family reunion. I gargled this three times a day prior, and my sore throat was gone. It started to feel better after I gargled the first time! It says not to swallow any, but I allowed a little to go down my throat and I was fine.

I had a bad back tooth that had my throat sore. So I used this and it really helped to stop the sore throat. Before the tooth was extracted, I used them again to help with any germs or infection that may be present. I recovered quickly without problems from the extracted tooth. I felt this antiseptic was very useful will keep this on hand and use at the first sign of any throat irritation or mouth problem. I recommend this.
