On an all fluorocarbon setup , an excellent choice. Exceptional handling, sensitivity, and the color transition is superb for line watching. I've used the Clear / Gold in the 8 and 10 lb. tests on spinning rods for finesse jigs and finesse tubes.

My sons and Grandkids catch a LOT of Rainbows, Browns, Cutbows and Paliminos on Vanish TRANSITION 6lb on the Grandkids poles, 8lb for KastMasters and 4lb for fly and bubble. How about 5 of us limit out most trips of 6 each and about 30 Fish per trip!!
I'm 71 and tried lots of other line. I spooled up the grandson's Spiderman pole and he caught his limit in less than 30 minutes!!! PLEASE MAKE THIS LINE AGAIN!!!

Easy to cast and I like it a lot when is comes to strength, definitely felt the difference between others that I have use in the before.

In my opinion there is no greater fishing line on the market. Tough and limp at the same time. Easy to cast and very strong. I only wish it came in 30 lb. test for the bigger fish.

Great features

I have been using this line since Berkley came out with it. The only problem with the line is you can only use the Palomar Knot with it. All other knots have a tend to break off all the time. I use this line on all my Reels, to include my Center Pins. It has enough stretch to take the impact of a large Steelhead jumping (water walking) and the low visibility to be able to catch Natives out of a small stream. Easily seen out of the water so you can make sure you are not getting any line drag. You can use a light line and still land those trophy fish. I use 4 pound and I am still landing these monsters in the pictures with no problem. Can't say enough good things about this fishing line.

Line you cannot beat

Great line......only downfall is that it is not available in larger spools. Being that I use it specifically for soft plastics, the end of the 250 yard spool has too much memory. Easily solved if available in 1000-3000 yard spools.

Minimal memory in the fist 150 yards of the spool.

I purchased this line to give a try for Inshore fishing. I have used this line for freshwater fishing. It did very well. I did not find it to be my best choice for Inshore fishing.

Good product

I bought the line and was amazed how it does appear to vanish underwater. However, the line had poor memory and tended to spool in rings upon casting. I had to discard it after 1 month if light use. Disappointed.

Not A Fan

Line was bad twisted verified it was  properly spooled mogadore bait shop. Removed and replaced with remaining line on spools still twisted I spent $59.78
 only to have to throw it away
