This material doesn't hold these grommets because they are too big thus to heavy. This causes all the problems of trying to keep the folds from falling to and fro (see photo). The curtains can look great only of you prepare them before hanging. They need ironing badly. Especially the gold strips all the way round. To keep the folds around the grommets from falling to and fro, they need starch on the backside which will change the color slightly but the backside is unseen so it doesn't matter. If the starch doesn't work, then you need to use wired ribbon in the section between grommets. These can be sewn on or glued. If this doesn't work for you, use less panels with a really large curtain rod, and when hanging - space the grommets apart so the folds can't fall over. Or else just don't let the folds brother you and hang them as is. The most drastic solution is to hang them upside down gathering the hem on a rod. The grommets then look like decoration along the hem line.
The photo with the folds in place have starch.
