Makes perfect soy yogurt each time. Though the directions call for one quart of soy milk, I find that I can make one and half quart each time. More reliable and cheaper than other brands I have tried and which have failed me.

Has never failed me.
Give it a try!
Sad to see the other review. LOVE this product. I make a fat free sugar free non-dairy yogurt and get the best results with this so quick and simple and to use and get a great plain yogurt that has just the perfect tangy texture.
I have used Belle Belle non dairy yogurt starter for years. It is perfect evertime. I make soy milk with a Soy Joy, using Laura’s dried soybeans (soaked). The pulp is dried for soy flour. The yogurt is tangy and delicious. It is close to the consistency of Kefir. (a little thicker) I use a yogurt machine with glass jars.
I won't buy this product again.
I have tried making yogurt with this product several times. No success. Even bought a new thermometer to be sure the temp was right. The last time I left the yogurt in the maker for 24 hours and still it came out like milk...very thin.
this item did not work when i followed all the directions correctly. i had to throw out a quart of almond milk.
