A wonderful statement piece. I looked for an accent chair for about a month, before coming upon this rocker. A big chair for sure so be sure you've got room. Very comfortable. I did buy a lumbar pillow though, as the flat back wasn't as comfy as I wanted. Very sturdy construction. I didn't notice much of a smell in the cushions as others mentioned. Could only smell it if I actually put my nose up to the cushion.

I bought this for my granddaughter's first apartment as a surprise. It is beautiful and comfortable. Her apartment is fairly small and this does not take up a huge amount of space. Will work for TV viewing, conversation or reading a good book.
