The only "negative" thing I have to say about it is that I expected the color to be lighter but Im over it now...it turned out ti be better as it hides dirt better..( See my pictures) I was surprised that it's SUPER COMFORTABLE. I slept on it 4 nights and spent an extra night instead if going back to my bed. no back pain at all...loved it! The vendor is super responsive and offers great customer service. Note that It comes in two boxes that are shipped separately and they're heavy but im a 5'3" female and I assembled it all by myself!! the vendor emaled me a video that was super helpful! Im extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend!

Couch - yes! FedEx-NO

Nice couch and easy to put together! Had issues with the FedEx delivery saying they attempted to deliver and kept doing that for three days even though they never did since I was here the entire time and even standing outside watching they drive by on one of the days! There is NO recourse with them because all the phone calls for complaints are directly sent to a person in another country! They promised the first time that I called it wouldn't happen again and LAUGHED at me the second time when I explained that I was elderly and couldn't pick up at a drop off place. Get a better shipper for your items!!! So my couch rode around all week and weekend in a fedex truck. Ugh. I love my couch though! Good quality and does the job for what I needed!
