Amazing! But one minimal flaw…

The ONLY reason I am giving this product a 4 star review is because the rubber piece that keeps the spout and spring in place comes off extremely easily, no matter how careful I am anytime I take it out to wash it pops off, which ultimately led to me losing it (as it's small) and unfortunately it's a vital component of use of the coffee machine, so until I can find a replacement I can no longer use my coffee machine… :(

Beautiful, but.......

This coffee maker is beautiful and has great features for the price point. However, there were a couple things worth mentioning that caused me to return. When washing all the pieces, as instructed before use, I noticed water gets trapped under the plastic rim of the carafe. So even after you have dried it, the trapped water continues to drip and run down the sides. Also, if you are purchasing this to go under upper cabinets, the height and design make it impossible to fill the water tank without pulling the entire coffee maker out for clearance to pour the water in.

This is a beautiful machine and I really wanted to love it. It was not user friendly. I didnt like that I had to pre-program every single night for coffee the next morning. I didnt have the delay brew option. The coffee tasted great but it took so long to brew. Just not the best machine out there.
