This has been one of my best purchases this year. It is a wonderful little thing that has made my time in the kitchen a more pleasant one. Kneading a dough has never been more easy. All one needs to do is to put the flour and water and start the machine and in less than 10 mins the dough is ready to your desired consistency depending on the amount of water added and the best part is it is mess free, and it frees up the hands to do something else in the meantime. We make a lot of roti at home, and this dough maker comes in very handy.
