Whitish areas came up

I was using the disposable, to much money spent , these are great..I bought 2 at first, then I just bought another one..only problem is a whitish powder looking came up in a few places, nothing up came up from pad after use of a day or two..What could that be?

A Must Have For Every Pet Owner
