This was offered as a 1-pack for $23.02 or, due to a special sale, I could order a 3-pack for $38.41. Each pack contains 12 boxes. The 3-pack was a great deal, 45% off of the cost of ordering three 1-packs at the regular price. I needed a lot of boxes so I ordered and paid for the 3-pack, which came to $40.33 with tax. They shipped me the 1-pack. I called customer service and was told that I had two choices. First, she said she'd put in a request that the missing packs be shipped to me on a rush basis. I'd get an email within 24 to 48 hours telling me when they had shipped and giving me the estimated date of delivery. The other choice would be to cancel the balance of my order, keep the 1-pack I'd received, and they'd give me a $20 refund. The offered refund would have been appropriate if I'd received half the boxes I ordered, but I only received 1/3 of the boxes I ordered. Plus, I needed them! I accepted choice %231. It's been 3 days since I spoke to customer service, and the promised "email within 24 to 48 hours" hasn't yet come.
