My orthopedic doctor recommended getting these. I have been using them for two weeks . I work in manufacturing, concrete floors, on my feet all day, alot of walking. These fit very well in my work boots. These work so much better than I expected. I have always bought cheap shoe inserts in the past, that didn't do much for pain. I was amazed how comfortable these insoles were! I haven't had any foot pain, since I started using them. I have flat feet & one leg is shorter than the other, so I tend to stand with more weight on the shorter side. I had developed a bunion, that was very painful, over 8 months. I'm grateful my orthopedic doctor suggested getting them. I will continue using them whenever I'm wearing work boots. When this set wears out, I will be getting new ones.
