I shopped carefully for the right tire. I do a lot of off-roading in all kinds of terrain, from rock crawling, dirt, gravel, snow, and mud (though I try to avoid deep mud). These tires have been excellent off road and on. Obviously, if you're looking for a dedicated mud tire, you can do better elsewhere. But if you tackle a bit of everything and you don't want tires that are loud on the highway, these are for you. They aren't any louder than the stock street-biased tires that came on the Jeep. I have been extremely pleased with them and would definitely buy again.

About This Item
BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 Tire
BFGoodrich's toughest All-Terrain tire delivering outstanding protection and a long tread life .
By employing a unique tread compound, the All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires delivers up to 2 times longer tread life than the previous generation tire's treadwear on gravel roads extending any adventure you can think of. Its interlocking tread design ensures tread block stability for long, even wear. The 3-D sipes provide more biting edges for expanded snow traction, and the tenacious sidewall and wide shoulder rubber protect the sidewall from splitting and bruising. Stone ejectors provide extra protection against stone drilling, while sidewall rubber blocks give expanded traction in mud, snow and rock.
For strength and durability, the All-Terrain T/A KO2?s internal structure features twin steel belts are fortified with spirally wrapped nylon in addition to BFGoodrich's TriGard (a 3-ply polyester cord sidewall ply construction). A single strand of bead wire is continuously wrapped multiple times until the desired strength is provided to enhance the tire's fit to the wheel to improve uniformity and ride quality.
- LONGER TREAD LIFE ON AND OFF-ROAD -
- AGGRESSIVE ALL-TERRAIN TRACTION - The KO2 4WD tyre also has a range of tread features for better mud and snow traction.
- 20% TOUGHER SIDEWALLS - The KO2 uses CoreGard? Technology developed in the Baja T/A KR2 4WD tyre for split and bruise-resistant sidewall rubber and a thicker, extended shoulder to prevent sidewall failures.

Manuals & Guides
Just purchased my first set of all terrain A/T KO2 and love them very quiet grip the road phenomenally and I just retired from driving an 18-wheeler for 23 years. So i put them on my 2013 Dodge Ram I traded in my 53-foot trailer for a 31' Travel Trailer and these tires were recommended to me for pulling a trailer. So it's off to enjoying my retirement happy trails.
17 years of running BFG T/A
The first set of new tires I put on my brand new 2000 Silverado was a set of 315/R16. Over the years I replaced those tires 3 times until I sold that truck in 2017. I averaged 60-70,000 miles on each set of tires. Lots of road and mud driving. I replaced that truck with another Silverado (2015). I recently lifted it replacing the stock tires with BFG 275/70R18. Could not be happier with the performance of the BFG tires. Hands down the best riding, pulling and traction tire on the market. Thanks for the awesome product and keep up the good work!
