I got my Microsoft surface laptop 7 within 2 days after ordering. very fast shipping. package came neat. The computer itself is amazing. its fast, responisve, and windows 11 runs flawlessly. First i want to say, DISREGARD the bad reviews from other people. There are people reviewing this computer giving it a low rating because certian software wont run on the bew snapdragon processor. I had no problems however im in nursing, not graphic design or software to where i need to run certian software. its actually the customers job to review the software they use to see if its compatible with the ARM64 before they purchase the laptop. that is not microsoft's fault but the customer. Also Google just updated Chrome and Google Drive to support ARM64 so dont listen to the bad reviews. it has been said since 2017 that apple, microsoft, and google want to get away from Intel chips because its taking intel top long to catch up. Intel is actually losing in the tech game and thats why i chose to stay away from intel chips. Soon as you get on the new Surface laptop you can tell its a super fast computer and can handle anything you throw at it. I also seen bad reviews because of the lack of a OLED screen. Personally, OLEDs are not needed for a work or school computer unless your a content creator, editing videos, or playing lots of games. OLEDs can give headaches and thats why i prefer the LCD. it is not a draw back like other reviewers are claiming. If your wanting a windows laptop thats going to last you for years, i recommend this product. Window updates will also be more tailored to your drivers and firmware for hardware. basically, you dont got to worry about a bad windows update like other PCs sometimes get and lock up the computer. I say GET IT!

The Surface Laptop is a terrific all-around high-end machine, with outstanding screen resolution (2496 pixels across in an area where most competitors are 1920). In addition, it's not loaded down with bloatware, all those annoying apps and popups that most PC computer manufacturers preinstall to up their profits a bit. In addition, Walmart's return and warranty options are very good.
