I was skeptical at first of paying $600 for an arcade machine, especially after seeing the quality issues of the 1up machines, but I am very happily surprised at the quality put into these cabinets. The 350 games included draws from a wide variety of genres and machines, from arcade to Genesis. The ability to bring your own games and stream from a computer are icing on the cake, and that's not even going into how much they listen to their customs and their frequent updates. There are some negatives to be addressed, however. It is easy for cables to get unplugged during shipping, but it's very easy to fix. Some people have noted damage after shipping despite the very good packaging, but I have not experienced this. Some also reported other, rare issues like wireless problems but I do wonder if it's the machine's fault or local conditions (most people don't have issues yet some people have issues with multiple machines...). That said, their customer support is top notch and very attentive and strive to get things taken care of for you (email only, which might irk some boomers). Basically, a great machine that is worth the asking price and then some.
