Dont know the difference between leaks and leakage is, but these are better than the ones I bought just a year or so  ago. Or perhaps I have  changed sizes. As they are now they fit very well and comfortably. 
I had reason recently to try on ones that were supposedly the same  size.   They sere a wee bit smaller than, but the plastic was firmer and poked my tush uncomfortably.. gotta love Assurance.

They help me day and night some time I cannot make to the bathroom. In time they keep me safe I happy for that

Good help

These are good for those times when you need some extra leakage support.  They are okay for small leakage issues but, not for heavy leakage. I like them because I can wear them at work or places where I will be there all day, and no one knows I am wearing them.  Although sometimes a little powder helps to keep them feeling dry.  I have been buying these for years, they work just as good as the name brands. And the price is nice.

Just as good as name brands

So I got my first shipment of XL Assurance underwear, and was less than happy. Definitely cheaper quality than what was available previously, lighter-weight "fabric", and the fit was terrible, leg openings too big, not good. So I decided to try the next size downward, the "L", and the crotch fit is much better, much more snug. Harder to pull up, I ripped the waist area a couple times yanking them up, but all in all, a good fit, I'm satisfied. Until the supply changes again.

Finally!!! My bloomers are back!!!

This product fits me well and does a fair job of protecting me from embarrasing wet clothes. However sometimes my urgancy is so great that I dribble on the very backof the underware, the padding itself is not wet, just the back of the underware and the back of my clotheswhich I usually manage to conceal with my oversized blouse. Do you have any suggestions how I might solve this problem?

A very good product

I have tried various brands on the market and decided that Walmart's brand works best.  My wife is an Alzheimer's patient and i am the caregiver.  I could not give it a 5 star rating because sometimes the diaper's allow some of the absorbent materials to escape and they are a mess.  With that said, however, the other diapers I tried were much worse in spilling the absorbent materials.

Assurance for Women Maximum Absorbancy diapers

I have tried several other brands and experienced leakage along sides and tearing of the panty material when pulling them up. This brand is less expensive and performs well. I order them on-line because it's hard to find size L in the store. Ask your store to order more stock in the large size.

Absorbent and competitively priced

The stick together which makes the side rip. When the were packed in the self pouches they were made better and very convenient. I feel they went from excellent to fair in quality and differently in appearance.

Been using Tena. Hoped to find a less expensive product at same level of absorbency, but these do not fit the bill, Sorry,

Not what expected

One of my items was delivered and not concealed in a package. I didn't like that the neighbors could see my order. This was my first experience with receiving my delivery from Door Dash. While I appreciate that Walmart was trying to expedite the delivery. I was totally dissatisfied with one of my items being exposed to the public.  I would have rathered to receive all items together by Tuesday, Feb 2nd according to the estimated delivery date. Thanks for reading my comment.
