i didn't see the tv spot so??? i made a meatloaf in this first day. my boyfriend likes dry meatloaf (yucky) so i made one. he was ecstatic. what i am wowing about is the grease. there was a ton!!!! maybe even a whole cup of it. i pulled it from the oven and saw some grease still seeping from the meatloaf. i took the meatloaf out of the pan using the handles and it was fine, dry, firm, no grease???? you could actually just use this to make a meatloaf to put in the fridge solely for sandwiches. in fact, i think i will. guys love dry firm meatloaf sandwiches which they then cover in ketchup, lol!. when they say perfect meatloaf pan they really mean it:)

Am on a low-fat, high protein diet, and have been using this meatloaf pan practically non-stop since its purchase. Can combine ground beef, turkey and pork with peppers and onions to make a really tasty meatloaf that is low calorie, with most of the fat draining into the empty chamber beneath the tray. Yes, it's a little bit drier than ordinary loaves, but the calorie and fat reduction is well worth it. The tighter consistency makes for better sandwiches, and non-dieters can always add gravy to moisten it up as a hot meal. This pan works exactly as shown on TV.

So... I got the pan for Christmas 2012.. so it's not a year old yet and have used it about 10 times. Today while using it after removing the meatloaf to a plate to put the pan in soak to wash... well that's when my mind changed and turned to being very disappointed. The layer of coating is coming off the bottom, yes even thou it's been sprayed. Which means that possible one of my family members has ate the coating stuff which I am sure is very harmful. So now the pan is in the garbage and i'm not satisfied anymore. Really sucks because my meatloafs were finally turning out right!

I love this pan for my meatloaf. I use to get my meatloaf out of the pan and it looked more like crumbled hamburger. Now it looks great!

The picture shows that it is a "MeatBALL" pan, whereas the title and the description show "meatLOAF". Which is it? I'm looking for the meatLOAF pan :) Thanks!
