The model using this is older, but still works great. I don't want to buy a new vacuum cleaner when a bag is all I need. The bag IS the filter, so I have always replaced the bag after every use. Wal-Mart use to carry the standard Dirt Devil brand, Type C, and the Type C "Microfresh". I used the Microfresh, which I believe provided more capture of dust and allergens. In their wi$dom, they discontinued the name brand and went to Arm and Hammer brand. They still work, but not as well. Now I can't find the Type C for Dirt Devil at ANY of the three super Wal-Mart stores. I use to shop Wal-Mart for EVERYTHING. However, many products have left Wal-Mart shelves... so much so, that I now feel alienated by Wal-Mart. So, I don't shop there as much, and if I do, it is for specific items... Straight to the shelf, and straight to the check-out. If I have to go online to order a product, I usually can beat Wal-Mart's price anyway.

This is a very good product I love using it but I have to go miles out of my way to purchase this item!! I feel it should be located in all stores!!! All and all a very good product!! I would purchase more of them if I could get them at my store close to home!!
