Would be nice if it worked.

The stand insert that came with the frame is threaded on the end, supposedly to be "screwed" into the hole on the back of the frame. Problem is that the hole does not have the corresponding threads to "screw" the stand into. So, since I don't want to hang this on the wall, the frame is unusable - unless I make some sort of DIY stand or spend additional money to purchase another method to use the frame as a tabletop frame. I have emailed the company's customer support twice and have not received a response or offer to help resolve the issue. So, at this point, Apolosign's customer service gets an F.
