Ingredients: Organic Rice Pasta (Organic White Rice Flour, Organic Brown Rice Flour), Organic Vegan Cheddar Flavor Seasoning (Organic Rice Syrup Solids, Organic Palm Oil, Sea Salt, Organic Corn Starch, Organic Pea Protein, Natural Flavor, Sunflower Lecithin, Lactic Acid, Organic Annatto Extract [For Color], Silicon Dioxide [For Anticaking]).
Instructions: Annie's Way in 11 MinutesBOIL: 6 cups water in a medium saucepan.STIR IN: pasta, bring to boil. Cook 7-9 minutes, or until done, stirring occasionally.DRAIN PASTA: in colander. While pasta is draining…ADD: 1/3 cup non-dairy milk to the warm saucepan. (OPTIONAL: Add 2 Tbsp buttery spread for richer flavor)SPRINKLE: seasoning over non-dairy milk; stir to combine. Let thicken.ADD: cooked pasta back to saucepan and stir well. ENJOY!Annie’s Suggestions:For a RICHER flavor, add 2 tablespoons buttery spread.

Ok I am SHOOK over here. I've been vegan for three years and this is the FIRST Mac and cheese that ACTUALLY TASTES LIKE MAC N CHEESE. I wasn't sure bc I haven't had cheese in so long but asked my fiancé who is a meat and cheese eater and he said “wow, I can't even tell the difference.” I AM CRYING. Thank you so much for this BOMB Mac n cheese and for being so progressive!!!!
