Ingredients: Noodles: Water, Wheat Flour, Tapioca Starch, Salt, Wheat Gluten, Lactic Acid, Acetic Acid, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2). Soup Base: Onion (Onion, Water, Citric Acid), Organic Mushroom Base (Organic Mushrooms, Salt, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Maltodextrin, Natural Flavors, Organic Onion [Dehydrated], Organic Soybean Oil, Organic Garlic [Dehydrated]), Roasted Cabbage Powder (Chinese Cabbage Extract, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Corn Oil), Water, Corn Starch, Mirepoix (Maltodextrin, Onion, Salt, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Corn Salad Oil, Carrot, Celery, Spices, Red Wine), Ginger (Ginger, Water, Citric Acid), Salt, Yeast Extract, Garlic (Garlic, Citric Acid), Black Pepper, Natural Flavoring (Natural Flavoring, Maltodextrin), White Pepper.
Instructions: Stove Top Cooking: 1. In a sauce pan, bring 1-1/2 cups of water to a rolling boil. 2. Cook noodles for 1 minute. 3. Remove from heat and drain noodles. Place cooked noodles in a bowl for serving. 4. Rinse sauce pan and add 1 cup of water and the entire soup packet to the pan. Bring to a boil. If desired, add fresh vegetables to cook in the soup and/or your favorite cooked protein. 5. Pour hot soup into bowl with noodles and serve immediately. Microwave Cooking: 1. Place noodles in a microwave safe bowl and add 1-1/2 cups of hot water to soften and loosen the noodles. 2. Drain water while keeping noodles in the bowl. 3. Add soup base to noodles then add 1 cup of room temperature water. 4. Cover loosely and microwave on High for 90 seconds or until noodles and soup are hot (actual microwave time will vary depending on microwave strength). Please be careful as noodle soup will be hot. Store in a cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
