Garnish with cherry and orange slice.Manhattan cocktail: 1 or 2 dashes Angostura, 2 parts whiskey, 1 part sweet vermouth over ice in mixing glass. Stir, strain and serve.Trinidad & Tobago rum punch: 1 1/2 oz Trinidad rum, 1 1/2 oz lemon or lime juice, 1/2 oz grenadine, 2 dashes Angostura. Pour over cracked ice into large Collins glass. Fill with club soda. Stir. Garnish with pineapple spear, cherry, and lemon or orange slice. Serve with straws.Classic daiquiri: mix 1/2 oz Angostura 1919 rum, 1 oz fresh sweet & sour, 1/2 oz simple syrup, 3 dashes Angostura bitters. Pour all ingredients in ice-filled shaker. Shake well. Serve in a martini glass. Garnish with lemon wheel and cherry.Southampton (non-alcoholic): fill a tall glass with ice. Add tonic water, squeeze of lime, 3 dashes of Angostura. Stir and serve with a straw. Garnish with a lime wheel.
