    • A. I have an in-home daycare. My kids are 2-4 years old and love this kitchen. My granddaughter is 7 years old and loves to play with it also, but she is much taller than the kitchen....something bigger would probably be better.

    • A. Oven, Fridge and Dishwasher all open and have shelves inside. Also the "water/ice dispenser" on the fridge moves like one on a real fridge. Oven and dishwasher have knobs that move, too. Sink knobs turn, stovetop lights up and makes boiling or sizzling sounds when pot is put on it. Microwave opens up and there are hooks for spatulas and a holder for play phone. There are 2 storage bins for the plates, and cups and such.

This is my daughter's first play kitchen. In the beginning, I initially wanted to get her a wooden play kitchen though the price was out of my budget. I saw this in walmart and I wanted to get her the pink one for girls but they were all sold out. I am overall glad I picked this green kitchen up because it adds a different color to her room other than only pink. My daughter is 3 years old and plays with this gently so I don't worry about her breaking it. While putting this together it took me only an hour I did put it together by myself. All the pieces were there and none were luckily damaged. This kitchen is a great size and the table counter is a great height for her to grow into. The quality isn't superb but it will last her and she will grow into it. The height from the bottom to the kitchen counter is about 23.5 inches. The overall height is about 37.5 inches.

We bought this kitchen for our sons second birthday. My husband spent a little over half an hour putting it together. It was kind of a pain getting all the pieces apart since they are all on plastic sheets you have to snap off, but most of the kitchens i looked into had the same thing. My son LOVES the kitchen!!! The burners light up and make cooking noises and he thinks the timer is just too funny. For $40 bucks, you can't get a better deal. We weren't sure if it would be a hit or not, so we didn't want to spend $100 on something that would sit and collect dust. He plays with it every day and its keeping him from wanting to play in mommy's kitchen :) ... If your in the market for a kitchen set, this is a good one to get. One word to the wise, buy a small play food set since the kitchen doesn't come with any food.

I just recently bought this kitchen for my sons 2nd birthday. It came in a very large box, and came in MANY different pieces so if your not too handy at putting things together, this may not be worth the frustration for you. I'm fairly good at building things and still had a slightly rough time (the screws were hard to screw in). It took me a little more than an hour to put together (screws and all), but when I took a step back to look at the final results, I knew that I'd purchased the perfect birthday gift. There are two different burners that light up and make sound which my son loves (and so do I!) and the knobs on the front of the stove make a clicking sound when turned. I love how it has so many different doors that can be opened: the two oven doors, the microwave, a fridge and a cupboard, and comes with two little baskets underneath which is great for storing toy food and utensils. It also comes with all the little kitchen extras as shown in the picture. Overall, I'd say this is a good buy and worth the price if you don't mind building it. In my opinion I'd say the age range on this toy is probably around ages 2-4, since it isn't the sturdiest thing in the world (but still pretty decent) and would be on the smaller side for older children. All you need is some toy food, and your son or daughter will have a great time exploring and playing with this adorable little kitchen set!

I got this as a gift for my granddaughter. I put it together without problem. It is comparable to ones costing a lot more money. The only problem was that the burner unit had been damaged in shipment. I contacted the company on their web site and explained the problem. They did not hesitate or make me jump through hoops. They immediately sent a replacement part and the unit is perfect for my granddaughter now. Mine is not the color of this one. Mine is white, gray, amber and pink.

My one year daughter loves this kitchen set. It took my husband about 30 min to assemble, even though the description says an hour, so that was great. She can't reach the microwave yet, but that's fine because she usually grows out of most of her toys, and this one will be around for a while, it can grow with her.

I paid $45 for this kitchen set and now I see it for $29 which is what it is actually worth. The kitchen took my husband 5 1/2 hours Christmas Eve night/ Christmas morning to put together because there is literally hundreds of pieces. It looks cute from a distance, but it is thin cheap plastic and when you open the doors, it makes a loud popping sound from the plastic hitting each other. The sink faucet just sits in the hole and doesn't attatch to anything. If I had known before purchasing it online that it was so cheaply made, I would of waited and paid more for a better quality made and sturdier kitchen set. I was dissappointed with it, but my daughter seems to like it. If you want an inexpensive and cheaply made toy buy this one the kids will like it, but it probably won't last long.

My parent's purchased this for my daughter for her 2nd birthday and it was the PERFECT gift! Of course as the parent we see a couple flaws but my daughter absolutely adores it and that's all that matters. It took a little while to assemble, but it was well worth it. I've had this for about 8 months now and it is holding up great and my daughter still plays with it on a daily basis. Overall it was a good buy for $40!

My daughter got this kitchen a year ago, when she was 2 1/2. I put it together, and with someone helping to cut the pieces out, and me putting everything together I think it took about 4 hours to put together. It is now a year later and the kitchen is still intact. Nothing has broken on it. I have it sitting in the corner of her room because other reviews said it is sturdier in a corner, and I also like the way it looks in the corner better. It has never tipped over, even though you do have to pull a little hard to open the 'appliances', not like you have to be a body builder to open them, but they don't just fall open. It does shake a little when you open the oven and such, but like I said, has never pulled over. She still plays with it every day and has lots of fun with it. The cooking sounds still work, and I haven't had to change the batteries since I put them in a year ago. This is obviously not the most deluxe kitchen out there, but if you are looking for something that will not instantly fall apart, makes sounds, and entertains your toddler, this is a great one!

Our daughter bought this with her birthday money, Daddy put it together as soon as we got home...took a little while because you have to snap all the peices apart but that is no different than any other plastic kithchen out there. It is mostly a snap together kinda kitchen which was great due to our eager daughter waiting impatiently to play with it. I love that it is a corner kitchen, the playroom is pretty small in our house so any room we can save is excellent! It is the perfect size for her and she still has room to grow and not be hunched over to play with it, which is one thing I was worried about because it is such an inexpensive kitchen!! It is really sturdy and it doesnt seem like it will fall apart anytime soon. My daughter loves that there are so many compartments and the stove lights up and makes boiling/simmering sounds! All in all I would recommend this to anyone!
