    17 volts

Charger put out a steady charge of 17 volts at a very slow rate. After a week a totally dead battery only had 3 volts in it. Should work great for a trickle charger, which is why I bought it.

    no power - a waste

needed to get a charger - two days got battery to 35 % really bad

    Price vs. Performance

I believe Walmart does a very good job at choosing products with good price/performance ratios for their "target customer;" those of us who don't have an extra hundred bucks to buy what we WANT. I have checked the manufacturer's specs and this product performs "as advertised" or better at a good to very good price. The old phrase "wine taste on a beer budget" comes to mind. Unfortunately for us, if we need more electrical "power" we have to pay more for it. The benefit comes from the long life of the cell(s). This Inexpensive charger might take longer to charge a battery (low power) but it will eventually "get 'er done" at a very inexpensive price. If your charger is is in good condition but does not charge your battery AT ALL, there is a problem somewhere else in the "system." In some battery systems the NORMAL electrical losses can be more than this small charger can supply. If this is your situation, you'll just have to "cough up the cash" for a more powerful charger. Make absolutely sure all connections are very good so you don't spend more money and have the same problem! I hope this helps somebody with their selection. Generally, this is a good charger for a single battery at a good price. 61 year old disabled vet certified "from DC to light."

    a tool

Keep my system up, full charge all the times.

    don't buy

Worthless product. Been using it for a week and it seems like it don't send the volts it should be. Nothing is staying charged.
