- 5 out of 5 stars reviewSeller Verified Purchase9/10/2024Over 56 years of marriage and cooking, my husband still love his deep fryer options. We have had 4 other fryers, but nothing compares to the cooking and filtered oil process of this All-Clad EZ Fryer. It is much cleaner cooking and the filter always fresh oil every time. I have a counter air fryer and a full fryer oven option, but you cannot beat real potato fries in the EZ fryer. Even onion rings residue is filtered out! Thanks!
Best deep fryer ever!

Best Home deep fryer

Dog236Originally posted onallclad.com - 4 out of 5 stars reviewSeller Verified Purchase9/10/2024Actually a well-designed and well-made appliance. The SINGLE "missing star" is because of the awful documentation. We had to learn by trial and error how to use it without making a giant mess (which we did the first time). I know it's made in China, but AllClad could have invested an hour in writing a manual!
Good product, worthless manual, be careful
BillKimOriginally posted onallclad.com - 4 out of 5 stars reviewSeller Verified Purchase10/17/2023I used the unit once so far to make donuts. I filled the bowl to the maximum line with canola oil. First, it took about 30 minutes to heat to the recipe level of 340 degrees. I submerged only one donut in the oil and noted that the temperature stayed below the target for longer than it should have. I used a ThermoWorks probe thermometer so I could readily see the temperature going below the targeted level even though there was a full bowl of preheated oil and only one room temperature piece of dough. I then raised the temperature higher than 340 and had better success bringing it to an approximate target level, although the temperature kept going up and down in a range of 10 degrees. Perhaps my expectations were too high as a dutch oven on ...
