The capsules are regular size and go down perfectly with a beverage. This product is meant to be taken alongside an antibiotic. It will help to restore your immune system. It has been a week since I have finished the course of 14 days and I feel good. I do not feel run down like I have in the past after antibiotics.

Some capsules are difficult to swallow: this one is not! It is comforting to know that my gut health is being protected regardless of what antibiotics that I take. (Since we all know that antibiotics destroy all bacteria: good and bad.) Bonus points for being gluten free, soy free, dairy free and vegetarian.
