BEST Real Lo-Carb Pasta - How I Cook It

MUCH too expensive - go online, even the Al Dente website is 2/3 less expensive. Made from eggs and the protein portion of wheat - it really IS pasta. First time I cooked as directed, 3 min, and my husband didn't like the texture at all. I found cooking it for 7-10 min the best, and if first boiled, then baked in a casserole, you could fool anyone (like my husband) (and son). We don't like al dente pasta, but cooking this pasta for longer doesn't make it mushy and falling apart. FABULOUS in chicken/turkey soup - I cook it first, then let simmer in the soup as it reduces.

Expensive cardboard

Their ad led me to believe that I was getting 6 bags of noodles. Since the cost from other retailers is about $3.50, I was pleased that Walmart was providing such a good deal. Yesterday I received my order of ONE bag of noodles. What a rip-off! In addition, the noodles taste like cardboard. I would have thrown the other bags in the trash! But what a rip-off for the high price! Never again!

Great low carb pasta but priced high

These are the best low carb alternative to traditional pasta other than spaghetti squash that I've found. If you have no access to this product locally, then purchase here. Otherwise, keep in mind you can get them for about $3.50 to $5.00 per bag at Central Market or similar store. The merchant isn't gouging anyone but has to cover shipping costs.
