The dimension state that the trampoline is only 21 inches heigh, is this an error. 21 inches must be a mistake. Please advise as to the correct height. Thank you.

    • A. The trampoline is about 21 inches high, without the enclosure. The enclosure brings it to about 6 1/2 feet or so.

    • A. The hardware for this trampoline is all random...if you get the right bolts & screws you'll be lucky! We bought new bolts to put the legs on, and used the big ones it came with to put the support poles on! Don't use those small screws!!! They will break in half!

    • A. They aren't too big I had problems with mine too. I forgot to mention that part in my review but I thought the screws weren't going to go in with out stripping them. I have no idea how I got each one but you have to be persistent and if this makes sense there's a point you have to get past then they turn easier.

    • A. We had no problems with ours. I always find it best to take a picture and send it with an email of their size and description to the company. That way it's clear to them what you may or may not need. Maybe you've already done that. Just my two cents.

Probably the most well-made product I have seen in a long time. The major metal parts are actually welded together, versus just sliding together. The product is easy to put together, except for the metal ring that the pad stretches on and the poles that hold the safety net. It would be to anyone's advantage to have a second person around when assembling. I did it alone but would have welcomed a helper. , Sewing, as it is called, the pad, the safety net, and safety pad together takes a little time, but well worth it, considering the tremendous safety benefit. When finished, I felt my grandchildren had an amazingly safe product to jump on. Only time will clearly show the reliability of the product, but price wise, it could not have been better. I purchased with it was on sell, thus the great price.

Got it on sale for a cheap price. Using it indoors for smaller/younger children with good results so far. Putting it together took about 2-3 hours by myself. Just needed help when it was time to put the net up. The directions have small blurry pictures so it was a little confusing at times but not impossible. Only two complaints were that I needed a drill to put in the screw for the net poles and didn't have access to one right away. Also the hook for the springs is really thin and cheaply made. It started bending around spring #10. Thankfully I had an old one that I used instead.

First, it arrived 5 days after the promised date, which was a big disappointment for my 5 year old granddaughter as it missed her birthday. I actually cancelled the order & purchased a different one at the store, but 6 hrs after I cancelled it they emailed me that it had shipped. Second, when it finally arrived, the box was smashed on one end & open on the other, with the metal legs hanging out of the box. Third, when we TRIED to assemble it, we discovered that the only bolts provided were too large to fit into the holes, were way too long, & couldn't be fastened because the threads didn't extend far enough down the bolt. We gave up & returned it, luckily had no problem getting a refund for the full amount even tho it's had 2 price drops since then. By the way, the Bazoongi that we bought at the store, while not rated for as much weight, appears to be much better designed & we were able to completely assemble it in a very short period of time.

The only reason I gave this 2 stars was because my granddaughter loves it. My issues are the instructions were worthless. The pictures looked like they were taken in somebodies backyard with a 50 year old camera. One of the pole caps was broken and the hardware bag was cut open and parts were missing. I had to travel 30 miles to a hardware store to pick up lock nuts and washers to complete the assembly. WalMart should have a quality control team at their warehouse to ensure that this does not occur in the future.
