The 18/8 stainless-steel interior ensures easy cleaning, but won't affect the color or flavor of the food. The saute pan has a 3004 aluminum core that provides even heat distribution along the bottom and side walls. The18/0 stainless exterior offers durability and versatility, making it suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and induction ranges.
