It's May and we still don't have the missing parts

Bought this as a Christmas present. Didn't try to set it up until April when the weather was good. Opened the 2 boxes and found they shipped only about half of the items needed to set it up. A lot of duplicate items. 2 pads for the springs but no mat to jump on. Worked with Airzone customer service and they were sure quick to pick up the extra parts. They said they shipped the order for missing parts and we would receive them in 7 business days. 7 days came and went. I called them again and now I'm told the parts are on back order. Estimated time? Who really knows; it’s been nearly 3 weeks since I was first told the parts would be here in 7 days. Once we do get the parts I'll likely have to go to the hardware store and purchase larger bolts/screws since the ones they've sent so far are not big enough. Just poor quality and poor customer service. When inventorying the parts they just list "hardware set" with short & long bolts. It would sure be nice if they told you how long the bolt is. Also they sent carriage bolts with a square just under the head of the bolt. This makes it easy to tighten the bolt without it spinning. The problem is that none of the places to install the bolts have that square hole to fit into. Honestly it looks like they sent us parts from two entirely different trampolines. I can tell that once I do receive the missing parts that it will be a real pain to setup. If it says Airzone do yourself a favor and pass it by!

I ordered this trampoline for my kids based on walmart's website picture. This is not what arrived. If you look carefully, the net on this trampoline in the picture is on the outside of the blue protective mat - so you get the full use of the inner area. The trampoline which was sent to me has the net attached to the INSIDE of the blue mat, thereby eliminating a foot from the diameter. Very disappointing since I searched long and hard for this specific feature (net on the outside). Secondly, Bravo's trampoline had three broken d rings (where the springs attach) and a few missing parts. I called customer service and they are sending out a replacement MAT (the entire jump surface) and the other missing pieces with no problem, HOWEVER it will require me to almost COMPLETELY REASSEMBLE the trampoline - and I also now have to disassemble this one to replace the mat. So instead of 3 hours work for two people, it will now be 3 hours to set it up, PLUS 2 hours to break it all apart (carefully so that we don't lose any parts along the way), PLUS another 2 hours to replace the mat, reattach the poles, and reattach the net (which requires a sewing motion of every loop and every spring all the way around.) So for the money it's a bargain, if you don't mind waiting for replacement parts. But now that we just tripled the time spent for an item that doesn't even match the picture, I am totally disappointed. And as you can imagine, it's kind of an impossible item to return to the store! One more thing... it leans. I sent this picture to Bravo with no reply. I have even turned my trampoline around and I cannot figure out why it is not straight on this one set of legs (even on different level ground.) Super frustrating. Walmart should just charge full price, and send someone out to set it up, thereby assuring it meets basic standards or that the product matches the image shown on the order page. I would gladly have paid more for that service than to be stuck dealing with this nonsense.
Broken D rings during assemblylook how it tilts, and see inner net NOT OUTER like I thought I was buying

    quality design for this product

nice trampoline wish it had a higher max weight rating than 250 lbs. missing some small minor parts in packages 1 spring and 6 plastic spacers that broke when bolts were tightened , replaced with metal washers.

My daughter bought this product with her own money. When it arrived she couldn't wait to put it together. The trampoline is half way put together because half of the springs were missing and both hardwares for the trampoline and the enclosure. I called the company to explain the situation and that we had a half built trampoline in our back yard. Is was difficult to speak to someone that spoke English. When I finally talked to someone, she had told me that the parts that I needed were out of stock and they would send them when they were. That's like buying a car with out the steering wheel and the dealership saying that they were "out" of them. It's been a week in a half and we still don't have our trampoline built because of the missing parts. My daughter is very upset and my husband and I are very disappointed. We also bought a dresser from and pieces were also missing. We will not being buying anything from the trampoline company or or ordering anything off off again.

We just put this up and our kids 9 and 6 1/2 love it! My husband is very handy and it took him 5 hours to do it by himself. I find that it is bigger than most trampolines and plenty of room for everyone. My husband feels it is made with sturdy products, not flimsy materials. The only complaint is the same as everyone else. The packaging was so poor, so cheap that the box was delivered to us missing three springs and three nuts. The box was ripped where taped. Thankfully he had spare parts here at the house. Finally, read the other reviews! Make sure the net and pad are sewn together at the same time or you will be doing this twice. Also when attaching the springs, follow the instructions that are included. Otherwise, again you will be doing it twice. For the uprights, there are two sets of screws. One is one millimeter longer than the other. Make sure you tell which is which or you will run out. Not as hard to put together as this sounds. Just go slow, follow directions and enjoy!
